gingerbread smoothie
A drink that tastes like Christmas

Here’s a healthy gingerbread smoothie that’s loaded with classic gingerbread spices, fresh fruit and gut loving homemade yogurt. Make it milk-based or dairy free. It’s a quick and easy breakfast, snack, or dessert for Christmas or anytime of the year when you’re craving warm spices.

Black strap molasses is the perfect sweetener for the holiday season, plus it adds tons of nutrients, especially plant-based iron. The robust flavour of molasses combines with the spices to create a real gingerbread taste.

If you prefer your smoothie thick, almost pudding like, add a little less milk, plus some rolled outs, chia seeds or nuts. The Vibe blender will make whatever you choose to add in, silky smooth and creamy in seconds.

As with any smoothie, use this recipe as a guide and make it to suit your taste. If you are looking for more smoothie inspiration, try these.
