To stay with a tropical theme, we’ve filled these gorgeous fruit boats with homemade coconut yogurt but any plant-based yogurt, such as almond or soy yogurt or traditional dairy yogurt can be used.
With papaya boats there are no rules. The possibilities for toppings are endless. Layer with a smorgasbord of fruits or sprinkle on homemade granola or nuts and seeds of your choice. Whatever you choose, papaya boats are a fun to make, delicious and cute as.

Approx. 1 ½ - 2 cups of homemade yogurt of your choice.
